At Art.com (also owning AllPosters.com), I focused on optimizing the UX/UI of the e-commerce site using tools like Jetlore, Optimizely, and Session Cam. My role involved analyzing data from Optimizely to assess user engagement across devices and regions. I also reviewed Session Cam recordings to identify user behavior and pain points, which informed design improvements.
One key area I worked on was enhancing the checkout flow, as data showed users abandoning their carts before completing the purchase. I ensured responsive design across desktop and mobile, testing two different designs to measure their impact on user engagement and conversions.
