Project Overview
Nasdaq Boardvantage is an internal-use, enterprise-grade board portal designed for secure collaboration among directors and executives. During a critical modernization effort, the product transitioned from legacy architecture to a fully web-based HTML5 platform.
Due to strict confidentiality and regulatory requirements, no third-party tools (e.g., DocuSign, Acrobat, Outlook) were allowed. All functionality had to be custom-built in-house, including digital signatures, approvals, document workflows, and communication features.
My Role
As Lead UX Designer, I was responsible for defining the user experience across the redesigned HTML5 platform—balancing usability with strict internal compliance.
